Homogenizing furnace is the specific equipment which deals with billets heat treatment after casting. The function is to eliminate the residual interior stress and nonuniform metallurgical structure that generate during billet casting, and to improve the performance of extrusion process and to increase the production efficiency and aluminum product quality.
The whole set homogenizing furnace equips PLC and touch screen to realize full automatical control. The furnace is suitable for both extrusion billet and rolling slab.
